Brother and sister, Steve & Anita Phillips wish to welcome you to a new dining experience on the Wirral. The restaurant (formally Ruby Hoylake) has recently reopened after being closed for several months whilst the interior was completely refurbished and redecorated. Outside, the new owners have sympathetically restored the original Victorian canopy which is now the only one remaining in Hoylake.
Our ground floor has a "continental cafe society" feel for a more relaxed dining experience, whilst our upstairs dining area provides a more intimate ambience. In addition an outside dining area under our restored Victorian canopy provides a comfortable cafe style atmosphere in the day and an intimate candle lit mystique at night for a further 20 guests.
The Boulevard restaurant has a brilliant oasis of cool sophistication in the heart of Hoylake. Flooded with natural light, warm and welcoming, with a fresh, vibrant contemporary ambience (there are some great stars’ on the walls too) Boulevard’s influences are well rounded and entirely global- and with its young, enthusiastic, intelligent staff who make it their genuine pleasure to look after your every need.
