A traditional Country Inn
deep in the heart of the
Wirral Countryside
with a quarter of a century's
family tradition of hospitality
and warm friendly service.

Set against a semi-rural backdrop and on the edge of the Wirral Country Walk, The Dibbinsdale is everything a good local should be. It is a Free House with Bank's Real Ale and a Rotating guest ale serving from 12noon - 11pm. They are a member of CAMRA and in fact won The CAMRA 'Pub of the Month Award' for January 2000. Steve very much wants to change the image of the pub and put The Dibbinsdale back on the map as a quality establishment offering the best in entertainment and ambience. Whenever the Dibbinsdale has been in the hands of the Thompson family, it's reputation for good food has been second to none. Everything available on the menu has been made on the premises, using locally grown vegetables.

Food is available daily from
12.00 noon - 9.00 pm.

Bar snacks and toasties are available at lunchtimes,
alongside a full grill menu. In the evenings, you can take
advantage of one of the special offers.

Sunday to Thursday, after 6.00 pm, two people spending
£15 or more on a starter or main course, will get half a
carafe of wine free.

There is a 'Two Meals for £6.00' board, and an impressive
selection of Specials' boards is available daily.

They have been nominated for 'The Good Pub Food Guide'.
Rightly so! The Dibbinsdale boasts eleven bedrooms, all
maintained to a very high standard.

A single room costs £39.50 per night including breakfast
and a double or twin room £50.00 including breakfast.

All rooms are en-suite with TV and Tea/Coffee making facilities.

They are tourist board registered. Special business rates are available. Payment by CASH, CARD or CHEQUE.

Wednesday night is entertainment night at Dibbinsdale. For the past six months Steve has been trying out a variety of local talent, to see which best suits the ambiance of this community pub. He has decided to select six regular acts to build up and enhance the already established social scene.

It is a 'good old fashioned' night out, where you are surrounded by friendly faces and good beer and now you are guaranteed to hear some of the best entertainers around.

A golf society has been running for the past twelve months, with various tournaments throughout the year. It holds a weekly meeting on a Saturday night.

The Dibbinsdale is a great pub serving great food and offering the best in entertainment. As you walk in this pub, you feel a part of its family, and that is not something you can say too often these days.
