What is involved in the ‘Booking In Procedure’?
Take your paypal Reference number to the Skypark Reception at in the Undercover Unit where your vehicle will be checked in and remember to hand in your car keys and alarm fob before you are transferred to the airport.
How long is the transfer to the airport and how often do they go to the Airport?
Transfers take less than 90 seconds and are on request 24 hours a day so you will be transferred as soon as you have been booked in. We strongly recommend that you arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommended check-in time.
How do I arrange the ‘Meet and Greet’ service when I return from my trip?
When you book in you will be give the telephone number for Skypark’s Reception which is manned 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. When you arrive in ‘Baggage Collection’ at Liverpool Airport call this number and we will send someone to ‘meet and greet you’ and bring you back to collect you vehicle.
Will my vehicle be secure whilst I am away?
We will take care of your vehicle either in our undercover parking unit which is protected by alarms, steel shutters, security locks and CCTV or at our outdoor car park which has CCTV and 24 hour manned security patrols.
Do you offer any other services?
Take advantage of the fact that you will not be using your car whilst it’s parked up with us. Skypark can use this time to get it sorted for you. We offer a number of cost effective solutions for all vehicles including:
- Vehicle valet services.
- Tyre changing and replacement.
- Vehicle services and repair.
- MOT certificate
I need to change or cancel my booking?
If you have to change or cancel your booking please email ‘bookings@skyparkuk.co.uk’ at least 24 hours before you original booking in time and quote your ‘Booking Reference number’. Please give details of your request and we will respond within 12 hours.
Do you offer ‘Special Rates’ for Contract Parking?
We are confident that we can provide you with a great deal – tell us how often you plan to park with us in the next 6 to 12 months and for how long and we will sort you out with a tailored package to suit your needs.
What is the minimum period I can book for?
Minimum charge is for 1 day, up to 24 hours, therefore if you have a valuable vehicle which you want to park short term, securely, undercover and close to the airport Skypark’s Undercover Unit is ideal.
